Decent smoothies, quick shipping
My ShakePlease order arrived pretty fast, about 4 days to my door. Everything was still perfectly frozen, which was a relief. I got a variety pack, including the tropical and vanilla berry. The packaging was good, kept things cold. Blended up easily with my standard blender. The vanilla berry was okay, but the tropical one was actually quite refreshing. Customer service didn't need to be contacted, so no feedback there. Overall, the quality of the smoothies themselves seems consistent with what they advertise.

Good product, minor packaging issue
I ordered a smoothie variety pack and some collagen peptides. The smoothies themselves are pretty good, the strawberry banana was a favorite. They blend up nicely and are filling. Delivery was reasonably quick, maybe 4-5 days. However, one of the smoothie cups had a slightly crushed lid when it arrived, though the contents were fine. Not a huge deal, but something to note. The collagen powder mixed in well with my morning coffee. Overall, a positive experience, but they could probably improve on the sturdiness of the smoothie cup lids.
